I'm not pleased . . . but not suprised. Most areas are "thumbs down" -- lower housing prices, lowered expectation on buyer traffice.
There are, however a few exceptions -- Boston being one market that has seen some rise in the housing prices, and buyer traffic.
Other states have mixed bags:
- Denver - traffic remained unchanged
- Las Vegas - prices remained stable, inventory declined
- Los Angeles - seems to be the most "stable" with all three categories unchanged (traffic, home prices, incentives)
- And a few others which seemed to remain unchanged. VERY FEW thumbs up!
Wish is was a little lighter this month.
