Kicking it in Downtown Portland -- Williamette River, Waterfront Park, Hawthorne Bridge
Today was a glorious day in Portland town! I went to Waterfront Park, and was kicking it in Downtown Portland.
The Portland Brew Fest was in full swing, but my friend forgot his ID, and they wouldn't let him in. So we decided to make the best of the day, and thought kicking it in Downtown Portland was second best.
Strolling up and down Waterfront Park was nice. You forget how pretty Downtown Portland is sometimes, when you just rush by in your car.

If tomorrow is anything like today, I'll be kicking it in Downtown Portland again -- at the Brew Fest!!

Carla,
I have not forgotten that I owe you an email or a phone call about your project. I have been busy the last week, but rest assured I have pulled out almost all of my hair by now, so we must be nearing the end of the road.
I still want to get involved and help with your project...My apologies for the delay!
Hey Carla, Portland is a gem! I always look forward to seeing more photos! I like the property map as well!
Hi Jenna . . . whenever you have time (and hair) ha ha ha.
Heyt Andi -- I was where J & F are on the map! You'll visit me one day!!!
Carla -
Portland's riverfront park is sort of like the city's family room ... a place to relax and hang out.
Carla,
Unfortunately, you're in a corner of the U.S. we haven't made it to yet. Looks great!
I love Portland. I enjoy its scale especially downtown. It's a very walk friendly town with a lot of beautiful views.
Hi Jim . . . yes, you could say that!
Hey Liz and Bill -- it's a very nice place, and if you've not been to the Pacific NW it's well worth the visit!
Hi Rene . . . you're right, it is a good scale. Never thought of it that way, but that's a perfect way to put it!
Carla....With such a lovely park in which to spend time, one might have a hard time staying focused on business. Enjoy your weekend there!
I have always enjoyed my visits to Portland, but it has been a while, never made it to the waterfront. We may be going to Winton in September.
